A man who has covered nearly all of his body in tattoos has stunned friends after he officially changed his name to the King of Ink land. Matthew Wheeler, 31, has spent almost 300 hours in the tattooist’s chair and spent a whopping £20,000 on turning his body into a colourful canvas. And the tattoo enthusiast, who has 80 per cent of his body inked, now insists his bemused family and friends refer to him only by his new name.
